ORDINATION TO THE PRIESTHOOD OF DEACON
ALEXANDER TSYGANKOV

On September 7, 2008, during the Divine Liturgy celebrated in New York's Saint Nicholas Cathedral, the Most Reverend Bishop MERCURIUS ordained Deacon Alexander Tsygankov to the Holy Priesthood with the blessing of His Holiness, Patriarch ALEXY.  By edict of the Administrator of the Patriarchal Parishes, Priest Alexander Tsygankov is assigned to St. Andrew's Cathedral in Philadelphia.
